48 HR CANCELATION

We understand that life can sometimes throw unexpected curveballs, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in managing your appointments with us, when forgetting or canceling appointments without giving enough notice, stylist lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other guests waiting for appointments miss out on receiving services.  

All clients who cancel within 48 hours of their appointment will be charged a 50% cancellation fee based on the service scheduled. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, it will be considered a “No Show” and you will be charged 100% of the service amount scheduled. Please know we will respectfully decline any future appointments with anyone who no shows.

RE-DO POLICY

We are honored to be able to serve you and we only strive to go above and beyond for our guests as we aim to build long time relationships with each client who entrusted their beloved hair to us, however in the unlikely circumstance that you aren't loving your hair, you will need to contact the salon within 7 days of your service to schedule a time to come in and talk with your stylist to allow us the opportunity to adjust it in anyway needed.

MONEY BACK

CLEAR COMMUNICATION is imperative. Our stylist apply a ‘happy client” method before the service begins to avoid any dissatisfaction. Nevertheless if you feel any concerns before the service begins please say something. We are confident in our abilities to execute your service with integrity, skill and strong communication, we believe that we will be able to adjust accordingly to make sure you leave our salon feeling confident and loving your hair, we warranty our work by making any necessary adjustments if there were to be a RE-DO sesion, therefore we DO NOT DO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
